Welcome to the auction, and thank you for bidding with us.

Pickup & Removal Deadline

All items won at auction must be removed by 7:00 PM on Wednesday, December 10.

The property must be completely vacated and all items removed by that time — no exceptions. Please plan accordingly.

Payment Options & Buyer’s Premium

We work hard to keep costs as low as possible for both our clients and our bidders. Because banks and credit card companies charge processing fees, our buyer’s premium is structured as follows:

13% for credit card payments
12% for check
10% for cash

If you are picking up in person, please let us know which payment method you intend to use so we can prepare your invoice accordingly.

Please note: these reduced buyer’s premiums for cash and check are not available for items that are shipped. For shipped purchases, we must use the lowest-cost reliable shipping provider available at the time, and standard payment terms apply.

Future Payment Options

As time and technology advance, we are working with Auction Journal and our escrow bank to add additional payment options (such as Zelle and similar services). These are not yet available for this auction, but we are actively exploring them for the future.
