Unable to Attend in Person? No Problem! We welcome internet absentee and phone bids, making it
convenient for all interested parties to participate. Payment can be made
securely via credit cards. 

Important Information:  

• Tax Exemption: No taxes will
  be applied to any items sold, except for titled vehicles and trailers. 
• Intermission: A brief
  10-minute intermission will be observed at 12 noon for attendees to
  refresh themselves. 
• Payment Terms: All purchases
  must be paid in full within seven (7) days of the auction's conclusion.
  Buyers are required to settle their invoices before removing any purchased
  items from the auction site. 
• Title Guarantee: In the event
  of any issues with title clearance, buyers are entitled to a full refund
  of the purchase price. 
• Late Payment: Failure to
  submit full payment within the specified timeframe will incur interest
  charges at a rate of 18% per annum, along with any associated legal or
  collection costs. 
• Discounts: Buyers can avail discounts by paying with cash or via bank wire transfer, as per the
  specified buyer premium schedule.  

Buyer Premium Schedule:  

• Online Bidding: 15% (Credit
  Card), 13% (Check), 11% (Cash or Bank Wire) 
• Onsite Bidding: 13% (Credit
  Card), 12% (Check), 10% (Cash or Bank Wire)  

Payment Details:  

• On-site buyers can settle
  payments on Saturday, May 18th, within 30 minutes of the last item sold.
  Bank wire payments for on-site buyers can be scheduled for the following
  week, by appointment. Online buyers are required to make payments by appointment. 
• All payments must be received by
  5:00 PM on Friday, May 26th, before any purchased items can be removed
  from the property.
